Sending enquiries
When you submit a contact, partnership or careers form, the website server receives the details you enter and sends them through Resend to our regional team’s email inbox. We use your email address to reply to you. The form does not save your details in browser storage.
Uploaded files
You can include files up to 5 MB each, with no limit on the number of files. Files upload to private Vercel storage after you press Send, and our team receives download links in your enquiry email. Links expire after 30 days; expired files are removed by daily cleanup. Anyone with a link can use it until it expires. This does not remove copies the team has already downloaded.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from automated submissions. The service processes technical browser and device information to verify the request, and our server checks the result before sending your message. Cloudflare privacy policy
Information you choose to share
When you submit a form, email or call our team, you share the information you choose to provide to discuss your enquiry. Please do not include passwords or sensitive documents in your initial message.
Display preferences and hosting
This website remembers the introduction and an explicit choice to stay on a regional site within your current browser tab session. It may suggest a regional site using the country code supplied by the hosting service; it does not request your device’s precise location. The hosting service also processes technical request data to deliver and protect the pages.

Dynamo ESS mobile app
This section covers the Dynamo ESS mobile app only. The statement above that we do not request your device’s precise location applies to this website only.
Dynamo ESS is an employee self-service app from Dynamics Business Solutions DMCC. It is used by employees of companies that run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and it connects to your employer’s ERP system.
The app uses your device’s location to validate that you are within range of your work location and show your distance from it. On Android, if you choose “Allow all the time”, the app also prompts you to punch in, even when the app is closed or not in use.
On Android, the app shows a Location access screen, then asks for precise location, then “Allow all the time”, then notifications. You can tap Not now or decline. The app still works, but the punch-in reminder stays off, and if your employer requires location validation you cannot punch in through the app without location. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
On iPhone and on the web, the app uses location while open, for the same range check. The closed-app reminder is on Android only.
The range check happens on your device. The reminder is a geofence held by Google Play services on your device. Your coordinates are not included in punch requests and are not sent to us or to your employer.
The app keeps the work-location geofence and the date of the last reminder on your device, and removes the geofence when you sign out. It keeps no location history. To work and keep you signed in, the app also keeps your sign-in details, a copy of your profile and payslips, and your settings on your device. Your sign-in details, profile and payslips are removed when you sign out.
When you punch in or out, the app sends your employee ID, company, and the punch date and time to your employer’s ERP system through our server, where employee records are kept. The requests, attachments and other details you enter in the app are sent the same way. Your employer keeps your employee records. To change or delete them, contact your employer.
The in-app map loads its images from OpenStreetMap, which therefore receives the map area you are viewing and your device’s network address.
