What is the difference between DynaPay and Dynamo payroll?

DynaPay is the DBS HR and payroll solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dynamo is the DBS HR and payroll solution for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Start with your ERP platform, then compare your employee records, leave, payroll, finance posting and self-service requirements in a demonstration using your own scenarios.

When should we assess DynaPro alongside standard Business Central purchasing?

Business Central already supports purchase quotes, orders, invoices and approval workflows. Assess DynaPro when you want to examine requisitions, supplier quotations, budget controls and contract tracking together. Bring an example request, approval rules and a budget scenario, then ask the team to show which requirements use standard Business Central and which need the add-on or further configuration.

Does Arabic localization also cover payroll and e-invoicing requirements?

Treat language, payroll and e-invoicing as separate parts of the project scope. DBS Arabized Business Central covers the Arabic working experience, documents and reports; it can also extend to DynaPay. Review the payroll configuration and the relevant e-invoicing integration separately. A demonstration should show the languages and business processes your users actually need.

How do document capture, expense and contract add-ons differ?

These add-ons address different Business Central workflows. OCR Document Capture handles incoming documents and invoice data. Expense Management connects employee expense submissions with approvals, posting and reimbursement. Contract Management tracks sales and purchase contracts, including periodic sales billing.
